At Harmonico, we understand flooring is a major investment. Flooring is heavy, and accessories can be oversized — so we work with reliable freight and delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Flooring Delivery Options

1) Free Warehouse Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Prefer to pick up yourself? Select “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll confirm a pickup time at our Edmonton warehouse.

Warehouse pickup is available by appointment only.

2) Standard Curbside Freight Delivery

Flat Rate $139 (Greater Edmonton Area)

Our standard delivery service is curbside freight delivery.

Curbside Delivery Definition — Our standard curbside delivery service consists of the driver unloading the flooring pallet at a location immediately adjacent to your home, such as the end of your driveway or directly in front of your garage, provided the truck can safely access that spot. This service does not include carrying boxes into your home, up stairs or through narrow passageways; customers are responsible for moving materials indoors after drop-off.

For deliveries requiring placement inside the home or beyond the first accessible entry point, please select our in-home delivery service (quote only).

3) White Glove / Inside Delivery (Quote Only)

Need delivery into a specific room, upstairs, condo/apartment, or jobsite placement?

We offer inside delivery through local moving partners.

Sample Shipping

To help customers confidently choose the right color and texture, Harmonico offers flooring samples.

Samples are free (up to 5 per order), with free standard shipping.

Please note:

Samples are available for flooring products only. Accessories (baseboards, reducers, T-moldings, stair noses, etc.) are not available as samples.

Customers who prefer to see full sized flooring planks in person may visit our Edmonton warehouse by appointment only.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. If concealed damage is found, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Policy

We want you to love your new Harmonico floors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent process.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

We offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Unlike many suppliers, we do not charge a restocking fee for returning your items.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and remain in the same unused condition as received.

  • We are unable to accept boxes that have been opened, damaged, or altered.

  • Any product that has been installed (even partially), cut, or used is not eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Shipping, Handling & Costs

Please be aware that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you choose to return the product via our freight carrier, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Self-Return: You may choose to return the product yourself to our Edmonton warehouse to avoid return freight charges. Self-returns must be scheduled by appointment. Please note that a warehouse handling fee may be deducted from your refund amount to cover the labor costs of receiving, inspecting, and restocking the materials.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your package or schedule a drop-off appointment. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it is undamaged and in original condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment, less any applicable shipping or handling fees.


Damage, Defects & Warranty Claims

Our products are backed by the HARMONICO Limited Warranty. To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, please review the following terms regarding damages, defects, and exclusions.

1. Inspection & Visual Defects (Crucial)

It is the customer’s and installer’s responsibility to inspect all flooring materials for visible defects prior to installation.

  • Installation Implies Acceptance: Installing a plank or tile constitutes final acceptance of its visual quality.

  • No Post-Install Claims: We cannot accept claims for visible defects (such as color, shade, or texture variations) once the flooring has been installed.

2. Freight Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. If concealed damage is found, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. What Is Covered (Manufacturing Defects)

Consistent with our Limited Warranty, we cover original manufacturing defects including:

  • Material Defects: Delamination, core voids, and significant dimensional instability.

  • Wear-Through: The decorative wear layer wearing through to the printed design under normal foot traffic.

  • Waterproof: Resistance to topical moisture from normal cleaning and household spills.

4. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

We do not cover damage resulting from improper installation or site conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Subfloor Issues: Damage caused by uneven subfloors or moisture originating from the subfloor (e.g., concrete slab moisture, hydrostatic pressure).

  • Improper Installation: Failure to leave required expansion gaps around the perimeter and fixed objects.

  • Environmental Factors: Fading or discoloration from excessive direct sunlight or heat exposure.

  • Accidental Damage: Scratches, dents, or gouges caused by pets, furniture, sharp objects, or vacuum beater bars.

  • Unauthorized Cleaning: Damage from steam mops, wax, or abrasive cleaners.

5. Limitations

  • Material Only: If a claim is approved, Harmonico will provide replacement material or a pro-rata refund. We are not responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal or replacement of flooring.

  • Scope: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
