FREE Delivery We believe your budget should go towards your floor, not the truck that brings it. That’s why we offer Free Specialized Freight Delivery for all flooring orders within the Greater Edmonton Area.

Whether you are ordering a single room or a whole home, we handle the heavy lifting to your curb at no extra charge. It is our way of saying thank you for supporting a local business.

Rest of Alberta: For customers outside of the Greater Edmonton Area, we offer reliable shipping across Alberta. Shipping charges for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on distance and order weight to ensure you receive the most competitive rate available.

Sample Shipping

To ensure you find the perfect match for your space, you may select up to 5 sample pieces free of charge to review in the comfort of your own home.

Greater Edmonton Area: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on sample orders delivered within the Greater Edmonton Area.

Rest of Alberta: For customers located outside the Greater Edmonton Area, a shipping and handling Flat Rate of CAD $12.99 applies.

Please note that samples are available for flooring planks only. Due to their size, accessories (moldings, trims, etc.) are excluded from the sample program.

Free Local Pickup

Prefer to pick it up yourself? We offer Free Pickup at our Edmonton warehouse. Simply select "Pick Up" at checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Process

We carefully coordinate every delivery to ensure your materials are handled professionally and arrive damage-free. Please note that freight deliveries are typically curbside; we recommend having arrangements in place to move the boxes into your home or job site upon arrival.

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your new Harmonico floors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent process.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

We offer complimentary returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Unlike many suppliers, we do not charge a restocking fee for returning your items.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and remain in the same unused condition as received. We are unable to accept boxes that have been opened, damaged, or altered. Additionally, any product that has been installed (even partially), cut, or used is not eligible for return. Please ensure that any return request is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for processing.

Return Shipping, Handling & Costs

Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Due to the heavy freight nature of flooring and building materials, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you choose to return the product via our freight carrier, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Self-Return & Handling Fee: You may also choose to return the product yourself to our Edmonton warehouse to avoid return freight charges. Please note that a warehouse handling fee may be deducted from your refund amount to cover the labor costs of receiving, inspecting, and restocking the materials.
How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package (or schedule a drop-off). Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it is undamaged and in original condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment, less any applicable shipping or handling fees.

 

 

Damage, Defects & Warranty Claims

Our products are backed by the HARMONICO Limited Warranty. To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, please review the following terms regarding damages, defects, and exclusions.

1. Inspection & Visual Defects (Crucial): It is the customer’s and installer’s responsibility to inspect all flooring materials for visible defects prior to installation.

  • Installation Implies Acceptance: Installing a plank or tile constitutes final acceptance of its visual quality.
  • No Post-Install Claims: We cannot accept claims for visible defects (such as color, shade, or texture variations) once the flooring has been installed.

2. Freight Damage: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. If concealed damage is found, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. What Is Covered (Manufacturing Defects): Consistent with our Limited Warranty, we cover original manufacturing defects including:

  • Material Defects: Delamination, core voids, and significant dimensional instability.
  • Wear-Through: The decorative wear layer wearing through to the printed design under normal foot traffic.
  • Waterproof: Resistance to topical moisture from normal cleaning and household spills.

4. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions) We do not cover damage resulting from improper installation or site conditions, including but not limited to: We do not cover damage resulting from improper installation or site conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Subfloor Issues: Damage caused by uneven subfloors or moisture originating from the subfloor (e.g., concrete slab moisture, hydrostatic pressure).
  • Improper Installation: Failure to leave required expansion gaps around the perimeter and fixed objects.
  • Environmental Factors: Fading or discoloration from excessive direct sunlight or heat exposure.
  • Accidental Damage: Scratches, dents, or gouges caused by pets, furniture, sharp objects, or vacuum beater bars.
  • Unauthorized Cleaning: Damage from steam mops, wax, or abrasive cleaners.

5. Limitations:

  • Material Only: If a claim is approved, Harmonico will provide replacement material or a pro-rata refund. We are not responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal or replacement of flooring.
  • Scope: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
